    An intergovernmental agreement has been signed between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China on the joint construction, operation, maintenance, and servicing of a railway bridge crossing over the Amur River (Heilongjiang) at the section of the Russian-Chinese state border near the settlement of Nizhneleninskoye in the Jewish Autonomous Region (Russian Federation) and the city of Tongjiang, Heilongjiang Province (People’s Republic of China).
