Held Working Meeting with Leadership of Investor Companies

A working meeting took place between Maria Kostyuk, Acting Governor of the Jewish Autonomous Region, and the leadership of companies implementing concession agreements and large-scale investment projects in the EAO. Participants included Ruslan Baysarov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC "BAMtonnelstroy-Most", and Valentin Murashov, Vice President of Gazprombank.

During the meeting, plans were agreed upon with business representatives for key infrastructure projects: construction of a new bridge over the Bira River, reconstruction of the Birobidzhan–Ungun–Leninskoye highway, and construction of an overpass near Ptichnik village.

Investors in the universal transshipment terminal project "Nizhneleninskoye–Tongjiang" – IFR-1 LLC and Gazprombank – are considering building residential and social infrastructure in the nearby village of Leninskoye.

During an on-site meeting, Maxim Murashko, General Director of IFR-1 LLC, and Xue Hailong, Executive President of the Chinese corporation "Xuan Yuan", presented development concepts for the bridge-adjacent territories on the Russian and Chinese sides.

Prospects for investor participation in new projects aimed at the region's socio-economic development were also discussed.

Effective collaboration with responsible businesses and attracting investments contribute to increased budget revenues, modernization of transport infrastructure, creation of new jobs, and improved quality of life for residents of the Jewish Autonomous Region.
