Large Logistics Projects in the EAO Presented to Business Community of Liaoning Province (PRC)

A delegation from the EAO Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including leaders of IFR-1 and SMART GROUP, participated in the opening ceremony of the Russia-China Business Communication Platform in Dandong (Liaoning Province, PRC).

During the business session, Maxim Murashko, General Director of IFR-1 LLC, presented large-scale investment logistics projects being implemented in the EAO.

"Following the presentation and subsequent negotiations, two Letters of Intent were signed: with Liaoning Tuo Shi New Energy for the export of 5.8 million tons per year of petrochemical goods; and with Dandong Ye Mao Tong Cross-border Trade service for the import of consumer goods, amounting to 10 container trains per month," stated Mikhail Polovinko, Chairman of the EAO CCI.
He noted the rapid development of contacts with the business community of Liaoning Province. A cargo base is currently being formed for IFR-1's infrastructure projects, which will increase trade turnover via the Amur River crossing, consequently driving development in the Leninsky District and the EAO as a whole.

It was previously reported that the EAO Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Liaoning Provincial Committee for the Promotion of International Trade (PRC) have established a strategic partnership.
