Russia-China Conference's Outcomes, organized by IFR-1 LLC
IFR‑1 LLC organized an international conference entitled «Development of the Nizhneleninskoe—Tongjiang Railway Border Crossing: Cooperation, Infrastructure, and Cargo Flow Growth» between representatives of Russia and China. The event was held via videoconferencing on March 19, 2026.
The Russian delegation comprised 46 participants, including:
- representatives of coal companies;
- representatives of ore companies;
- manufacturers of mineral fertilizers;
- traders;
- representatives of Belarusian companies.
The PRC delegation included 54 participants, among them:
- representatives of the Tongjiang City Government;
- representatives of logistics companies;
- representatives of coal and ore companies;
- importers;
- representatives of integrated enterprises.
Key topics discussed at the event:
- Review of infrastructure development plans for the area adjacent to the Nizhneleninskoe—Tongjiang railway border crossing (RBC) starting from 2026.
- Review of railway infrastructure development plans on the PRC side starting from 2026.
